I wanted to reach out and thank you again for including my classmates and I in the Synergy weekend. We got so much out of the weekend even though we were only there for a short time. It was great to meet the people my dad has been telling me about for most of my life. I felt so welcomed by everyone which made the weekend even more enjoyable. This event reminded me of the importance of having a clear vision for my future. Once again, I appreciate the opportunity to join you and I look forward to the day when I am one of your colleagues.

Synergy partners allows me to stay connected to other like minded Doctors.  It keeps me open to new possibilities; stretches my Chiropractic Vision and moves me out of my comfort zone.  I would recommend Synergy to anyone who wants to grow themselves and their practice. The programs are dynamic and have not been previously done in Chiropractic.

I have been a member of the Synergy Group since its inception.  It is both personally and professionally fulfilling to be associated with talented, dedicated, high achieving people from around the country who share a similar purpose.  The cumulative talent and expertise of these docs is an inspiration and the ideas that come up around the bar are exceptional!  It is a pleasure to go to a seminar and know that you are in it to learn and grow, not be 'sold'.

I've been a member of many groups in my 24 years in practice. Synergy stands out from the crowd in many ways, but I think what truly distinguishes them from other groups is the focus on masterminding from within the group. At many seminars in the past the best info I got was at lunch or on a break in the hallway talking to other doctors. Steve and Tom realized that this in itself was hugely important and integrated it into the Synergy program. For me, that is what makes all the difference.

The ability to see and hear firsthand what my successful colleagues around the country are doing that works is priceless. These are your friends who you can now call and email unlike some speakers who you will never see again. The limit on the size of the group is also a big factor in keeping the group focused and engaged with the info and each other. You just can't achieve that in a room of 200 or 300 like other groups. I highly recommend Synergy if you are serious about success.

I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how much I love the Synergy group and how much I get from it both personally and professionally. I have to say that the friends I have made in the group are best friends in the world and I know that I could call any one of them at the drop of a hat and they would help me. I feel so fortunate to have such talented and successful doctors who are willing to share their insights and help each other to achieve our highest goals. I feel like being a part of this group definitely helps me be the best version of myself. I have also valued the speakers and information that has been presented at our seminars. I have been able to implement strategies right away and don't feel like I have to go buy something to improve my practice.

The Synergy group is an extension of family, a group of chiropractic colleagues who care enough to laud your successes and call you out when you're not playing as big as you could. I am grateful to Steve and Tom for spearheading the organization of this group. It is a chance to break bread, share my wins and my nice tries with some of my best chiropractic friends. The locations have been fantastic, the guest speakers fascinating, but the friendships...life long. This group is truly greater than the sum of its parts and I am glad to call it my tribe.

As usual, a seamless event with a wonderful array of speakers. Richard Flint was inspiring, David Hilton educational and the friendships timeless. My thanks to Tom and Steve for their 'dedication to friendship' that makes this whole thing work!

I just came back from the Synergy event in Scottsdale, AZ and being around so many like minded doctors alone was truly great. What I like even more was the changes that that experience led to in my life and my practice after the event. I came back energized, focused and action oriented and immediately began to implement what I learned. This Synergy experience is truly unique and a " must do" event!

Synergy in Tucson was terrific!!!
